I grew up in NYC and learned the tricks of the trade by watching my father, the best household cook there ever was. Having gained a good deal of experience in the Times Square area, I joined SuperNova five years ago. It’s a great place to work. My team is made up of good people who enjoy what they do, and that comes across in our cuisine and service.
My favorite dish to eat is Oxtail Stew, but I don’t really have a dish that I prefer to cook – that’s always evolving. I do like to prepare ingredients to look how they’re supposed to look and taste how they’re meant to taste – keeping diners in a comfort zone of authentic American cuisine with a twist.
